For products purchased directly from Welltiss.com please fill out the Request RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation form, within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the original purchased product. Welltiss may exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. If Welltiss exchanges the product, Welltiss will send you an exchanged product but will not return the product received from you. In case of refund, Welltiss will refund the cost of the product only, shipping charges will not be refunded. The product must be returned to the Welltiss warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be in their original, visibly unused condition and packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.
